What you receive

A monthly review built for an owner, not an accounting classroom.

The exact depth depends on the plan. The goal stays the same: reliable numbers, a plain explanation, and a focused next question.

Monthly owner reviewExample structure
  • 01Books and balances checked
  • 02Profit, costs, and cash explained plainly
  • 03Important changes separated from normal noise
  • 04One or two priorities for the next discussion

Higher plans add product or customer profit, cash forecasts, and decision scenarios.

Common questions

Before we begin.

What happens after I contact you?

You first describe the problem. Georg then confirms which records are needed, reviews the likely scope, and explains the starting price before work begins.

What records may be needed?

It depends on the scope. Common items include accounting reports, bank and card statements, loan balances, payroll summaries, sales reports, and inventory records.

Do my books need to be clean first?

No. Georg first reviews the condition of the records. Setup, cleanup, or past-month catch-up is quoted before monthly service begins.

Is this only for one industry?

No. The service works especially well for owner-led retail, e-commerce, service, real-estate, and inventory-based businesses.

How often will we communicate?

Foundation centers on monthly reports. Clarity and Profit & Cost Review include a monthly discussion. Cash & Decision Planning includes a twice-monthly rhythm.

How do you work with my CPA or tax preparer?

Georg keeps the records organized and prepares CPA-ready information. Tax advice, tax strategy, and tax filings remain with your licensed tax professional.

Is monthly support flexible?

The scope, communication rhythm, and any minimum term are confirmed in writing before you agree to begin.

Do the website tools save my numbers?

No. Financial entries stay in your browser and are not sent to us. Contact-form details are saved only when you submit the form. The site may count anonymous tool activity and confirmed lead requests, but never the financial numbers you enter.
